We explore support, skills development and accountability issues whilst giving space where appropriate to examine both professional practice and personal & career development.

For experienced consultants and those new to consultancy roles; for practitioners & managers wishing to develop a facilitation or training role within organisational settings.
- Coaching:
offers an opportunity to increase personal effectiveness and improve individual performance in a grounded and sustainable manner. The aim is to unlock a person’s potential, whether they are working in a freelance capacity or as a key member of an organsiation. The coaching process allows time to resolve problems and to think more strategically about life and work issues. Our approach is flexible to suit individual and organisational needs, and is decided after initial consultations. Coaching session are typically for 1.5 to 2 hours every 2 to 4 weeks.

For managers and practitioners at all levels in organisations. Action Learning is a powerful tool to encourage personal and professional reflection, learning & effective action in the workplace.
